"The staff really turned my day around"
I came in feeling frustrated and was expecting at least an apology for how my day had been going. The staff ended up being really nice and genuinely helped lift my mood. They were kind, easy to talk to, and actually made my day better...

"Really fast, almost too fast"
I ordered lunch on panerabread.com it was ready way faster than I expected. I kind of regret not leaving my house sooner because I barely had time to get there before the app said it was done. I walked in, grabbed my bag off the shelf, and was out in like a minute. Super easy, no waiting around at all. Definitely 5 stars for the speed...

"They Made It Right"
My order showed up with one item missing, which was a little frustrating at first. I reached out to customer service, and while it did take a bit of waiting to hear back, they eventually got in touch and refunded me for the missing item. i appreciated that they handled it fairly instead of making it a hassle. Not a perfect experience, but they made it right, and I’d still order from them again.

"order was messed up"
i ordered a turkey sandwich with no onions, but it still came with onions. they also forgot my soup, which was frustrating. the food itself was fine, but for the price, it would be nice if they checked the bag before sending it out.

"Not as healthy as it seems"
I usually go to Panera when I’m trying to eat something a little lighter, but lately it feels like the healthy options aren’t really that healthy. A lot of the salads and bowls sound super clean, then you look closer and they’re packed with calories or loaded with sodium. For the prices they’re charging, it feels a little unfair to make people think they’re getting a wholesome meal when that’s not always the case. It’s fine if I’m in a rush, but I don’t really trust Panera as my go-to healthy choice anymore.

"Not Worth It Like It Used to Be"
I ordered from Panera and left feeling ripped off. The bowl was barely half full, and the sandwich looked like someone made it and then decided to cut it down even more. They keep talking like they’re improving things or giving better value, but it all feels like vague promises when the portions keep shrinking and the prices keep going up. I used to grab lunch here all the time, but now it’s not even enough to fill me up. Really disappointing.

"Fresh bakery stuff, honestly really good"
The pastries tasted really fresh and the bread was nice and soft, which pretty much means the whole order was a win to me. Everything tasted really good, and I feel like when bread is that soft, you just know they’re doing things right. I’d definitely order again.

"I don’t know what’s going on lately…"
I don’t know what’s going on lately, but the selection feels way more limited than it used to. I keep checking and hoping there’ll be more choices, but it’s kind of the same stuff over and over. Not a huge disaster or anything, just a little frustrating when you’re actually trying to find something different.

"Decent food, kind of uneven service"
I stopped by Panera and had kind of mixed feelings about the visit. The food was good enough and pretty much what I expected, but the service was a little inconsistent. One employee was friendly and helpful, while another seemed kind of bothered when I asked about my order. It also took longer than I thought it would. Not a terrible experience by any means, but it didn’t feel especially welcoming either. I’d probably still go back, just hoping the service is a bit better next time.

"Pretty solid drive-thru experience"
Went through the Panera drive-thru and overall it was good tbh. The person taking my order was super nice and actually got everything right, which I always appreciate lol. The wait was a little longer than I expected, but my food was fresh and the coffee was hot, so I can’t really complain too much. Not perfect, but I’d def go back.

"Cozy spot to hang out for a bit"
I always really like the vibe at Panera. It’s calm without feeling too quiet, and it’s never so loud that you can’t have a conversation or focus on a little work. It’s one of those places where I can grab a coffee, sit for a while, and actually relax. The whole place just feels warm and comfortable to me. Weirdly, I always remember the little clink of coffee cups near the counter more than anything else.

"Sticky Floor, Instant Turnoff"
Walked in and pretty much immediately noticed the floor was kinda sticky. Not the best first impression, and I judged the place a bit right away because of it.

"Good food, but the waiting gets old"
I do like Panera, and the food is usually solid, but the wait can be really frustrating. Even when I order ahead, I still somehow end up stuck standing in the queue or hanging around the pickup area longer than I expected. It’s not the worst experience, but it definitely gets annoying when you’re just trying to grab your food and go. I just wish they were a bit faster.

"I used to think this place was..."
I used to think this place was decent enough for a quick bite, but the prices are getting kind of ridiculous. I paid almost $15 for a half sandwich and a tiny cup of soup, it felt like a sad little lunch pretending to be a real meal. The food is usually fine, nothing amazing, but I was still hungry afterward. It’s convenient, sure, but at this point it’s just not worth the money...

"Lunch was just okay"
I ordered lunch from panerabread it was kind of dissapointing. The soup tasted a bit watery and the sandwich was plain, like it needed more seasoning or just something to make it better. It wasn’t terrible, but for what I paid I expected more flavor. The bread was fine, but the rest tasted kinda tired. I’m not really in a rush to order again.
